"Campus Individual" is a subproject of Campus BWP MV. It is also part of the BMBF's „Qualitätsoffensive Lehrerbildung“. The "Campus BWP MV" project consists of three subprojects (individual, structure, quality), which are being worked on cooperatively by the University of Rostock and the Neubrandenburg University of Applied Sciences.

The (sub)project Campus Individual represents the first area of innovation within the framework of the joint project Campus BWP MV and in the professionalization of vocational school teachers in and for MV. It is the responsibility of the Institute for Vocational Education at the PHF of the UR and aims at the acquisition of suitable students and the stabilization of study decisions as well as the flexibilization and individualization of study courses and cross-phase paths to the teaching profession for vocational schools in MV, among other things by means of competence assessment procedures and digital teaching-learning offers. Against the background of increasing student heterogeneity and the situation of vocational school teachers in the industrial-technical sector, there is a great need for action to develop professionalisation reserves and to attract and retain future teachers for vocational education and training.
