During todays meeting the partner countries introduced the VET teacher education in their countries. Similarities and differences have been discussed and reflected to the roles VET teachers are having in the respective VET systems. A comparative study developed and conducted by Prof. Kaiser with VET teachers in Sweden and Finland was therefore used as reference. The project group (lead by the finnish partner) decided to elaborate this study and conduct it in all participating countries.
