On the initiative of the Stifterverband, on this day, Professor Franz Kaiser of the University of Rostock presents to the Conference of Ministers of Education demands for the securing of up-and-coming teachers at the vocational schools. Franz Kaiser explains this in his keynote speech at F.A.Z.
